Terms and Conditions

By placing a service order onYan Surabaya Travel(tour package, driver, or vehicle rental), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

  1. Yan Surabaya Travel provides three types of services: tour packages, driver services, and vehicle rentals.
  2. All pricing, schedule and availability information listed on this site is indicative and subject to change at any time following field conditions, unless confirmed in writing by us via WhatsApp.
  3. The listed price can be negotiated as agreed by both parties before the booking is confirmed.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  1. Bookings are made through the booking form on this site or directly through WhatsApp.
  2. Booking consideredlegal and bindingafter a written confirmation from Yan Surabaya Travel, not only from the submission of the form.
  3. Customers are required to provide correct and complete data (name, contact, date, number of participants/passengers, and other special needs) to ensure smooth service.
  4. Schedule changes or booking details must be submitted no later than agreed upon at confirmation, and are subject to availability.

3. PAYMENT

  1. Payment methods and schedules (down payment/DP and repayment) will be informed and agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation via WhatsApp.
  2. Proof of payment must be kept by the customer as a reference when needed.
  3. Payment repayment is generally completed before or on the day of service performance, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

4. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

  1. Cancellations by customers must be informed as soon as possible via WhatsApp.
  2. The terms of the refund for cancellations will be adjusted to the current policy and take into account the costs that have been incurred by us (for example: booking lodging, vehicles, or tickets that have already been booked).
  3. Changes to the schedule (reschedule) can be submitted and will be attempted following the availability of services on the new date requested, without guarantee of availability.
  4. Unilateral cancellations by Yan Surabaya Travel due to out-of-control conditions (see Force Majeure points) will be informed as soon as possible with the best solution we can offer, including the possibility of a reschedule or refund under the conditions.

5. Participant & Passenger Provisions

  1. Participants/passengers are required to follow the instructions of the driver or driver during the trip for mutual safety.
  2. Yan Surabaya Travel reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service if the participant/passenger behaves in a way that endangers themselves, others, or damages the vehicle/facility, without any refund obligation.
  3. Personal baggage is the responsibility ofeach customer. We encourage you to always take care of your valuables during your trip.

6. Vehicles & Drivers

  1. Vehicles used are in roadworthy condition and are inspected periodically.
  2. For off-key (driverless) rental services, the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including the completeness of the letters, fuel, and traffic violations that occur during the rental period are in the hands of the renter.
  3. Damage caused by the tenant's negligence during the lease period shall be the responsibility of the tenant according to the applicable agreement.
  4. Drivers have the right to adjust the route for safety (e.g. due to inclement weather, road conditions, or other force majeure).

FORCE MAJEURE

Yan Surabaya Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, riots, government policies, force majeure traffic conditions, or other emergencies. In such situations, we will strive to provide the best possible solution.

8. Documentation

By using our services, the customer gives permission for Yan Surabaya Travel to take and use photos/documentation of travel activities for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials), unless the customer expresses objection in writing before or during the activity.

9. Data Privacy

The personal data provided at the time of booking (name, phone number, email) is used only for the purposes of the booking process and service-related communications, and will not be shared with third parties without permission, unless required by applicable law.

10. Amendment of Terms

Yan Surabaya Travel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective as of publication on this page.
