About Us

Over Two Decades to Accompany Your Trip

Since more than 20 years ago,Yan Surabaya Travelcomes with one simple purpose: to make every trip easy, safe, and memorable. Starting from the city of Surabaya, we grew up with thousands of customers who entrusted their trips to us — from family vacations, to business trips, to special events that needed careful planning.

Twenty years is not a short time. During that time we learned one important thing:trust is built on consistency, not big promises in the beginning. That's why, generation after generation of customers, many return to our services — not because we're the cheapest, but because we're the most reliable.

What Makes Us Different?

Time-Tested ExperiencesMore than two decades in the tourism industry teach us to understand the needs of tourists from all walks of life — families with small children, office groups, honeymooners, and foreign tourists. Every route, every terrain, every unexpected situation on the way — we've been through it, and we know how to solve it.

Experienced & Trusted DriversOur drivers are more than just able to drive-they understand the route, are friendly to customers, and are prepared for situations on the road. For us, drivers are the face of service, and that cannot be compromised.

Well-maintained FleetEvery vehicle in our fleet is routinely maintained, as passenger comfort and safety are top priorities-not a bargain.

Flexible As NeededWe know every trip is unique. That's why we offer three complementary services — a planned tour package, professional drivers for independent travel, and vehicle rentals for those who want to freely choose their own route.

OUR COMMITMENT

We believe a good trip starts with good preparation. That's why our team is here to help you plan your trip details-from estimated travel time, to destination recommendations, to budget adjustments. The price we offer is also flexible and can be negotiated as needed, because we want everyone to be able to enjoy a trip without excess weight in the pocket.
